Diggerland is an unusual fun-park where children and adults alike can experience life on a construction site. Diggerland is the name of four theme parks in England based around the theme of diggers and JCBs. Diggerland is owned by the excavator hire firm H.E. Services. There are four park locations in the UK, based in Kent, Devon, Durham and Yorkshire.

The original Diggerland opened in 2000 on a car park in Strood, Kent. The plant hire service, H.E. Services held an open day for clients and their families. While the clients were inspecting new ranges of diggers for hire, their children were more interested in sitting on, driving and having their photographs taken on the diggers. Diggerland opened on April 12th 2000, closely follwed by Devon and Durham in 2003, and Yorkshire on the 6th April 2007. Current admission prices (October 2008) are £15.00 per person, children under the age of 3 are free and over 65's pay a reduced fee of £7.50. Each park has 19 different rides and drives at Diggerland, the newest rides are the Joyrider and the Digger Dodgems, which were added for Summer 2008. Each ride is a real construction machine that has been adapted to allow them to be driven by a 5 year old. Rides Include the Joyrider, Dodgems, Go Karts, Spindizzy, Sky Shuttle, Dumper Trucks, Robots, Landrover, Dig-A-Round, Challenge machines include Skittles, Dippy Ducks and Buried Treasure, Mini Diggers, Dirt Diggers, Giant Diggers, Diggerland Train based on a Dumper with carriages, Groundshuttle, Diggerland Tractors and the JCB Mystery Ride.
